I was retained by this woman to conduct an investigation on an hourly basis. She clearly knew and understood my fees. It is plainly identified on my website that all time is billed regardless if it was spent on the telephone, responding to emails, conducting interviews, research or preparing reports. At the time that I discontinued the investigation, she owed us a balance of over $900.00. She personally asked for a report and it was sent to her. The BBB discussed her complaint with us and based on the information we supplied to them, they closed their case. Prior to this woman making her final contact to my office, I talked at length with another family member. They were clearly told the time that had been paid in the retainer had expired, but they were also aware that I planned to continue working at no additional cost. I had asked that family member to do something specific and call me back. If they were unable to complete the task, we would attempt it. Just after that conversation, the woman that retained me called my office and I discontinued the investigation based on that call.

I was excited to think I was actually going to get my old, worn out and
broken denture replaced. When I first entered the office and walked up to the
receptionist counter, the receptionist asked me “What are you here for?” and
Dr. Mooradian also asked the receptionist “what is she doing here”? I told them that I had an appointment to
replace my broken upper denture, and I had explained that when I had made my
appointment well before Christmas. Their tone was rude, it was obvious that they
definitely were not expecting me, and they acted like I was intruding on their
time. I thought this was odd since I
received a confirmation call two days prior.
The receptionist then took me to a room to wait. About 10 minutes later
the receptionist came in and told me to give her my denture so that the dentist
could look at it. She placed it in her hand on top of a regular Kleenex tissue. She was not wearing any gloves. About 2 minutes
later the receptionist brought my denture back to me (again not wearing gloves)
and when I reached for it there was Kleenex stuck on the denture. I had to peel
it off before I could put it back in my mouth. She didn’t even offer to wash it
off. I thought this was unprofessional and by any standard, very unsanitary.
She then stated the “doctor will see you at the front reception desk”….The Dr. couldn’t
even bother to come in to the room and talk to me privately, again, very
unprofessional, not to mention discourteous.

Then I walked up to the reception desk, Dr. Mooradian was sitting down barley looking at
me and said, “I can repair this you don’t need a new one”. I was very surprised
and taken aback by the terse way she stated her decision. I explained that the
denture was old and had cracked leaving a gap in the two front teeth, and the
denture plate was at least 8 to 10 years old. I asked why I couldn’t get a new
one since a replacement is a covered benefit after only 3 years. She said “oh
people have them up to 22 years and if you don’t like my decision you can go
some where else”. I said, “I am speaking with a lisp, they are hurting my mouth
and they are slipping around”. She then said “don’t yell”, even though I was
not yelling, just speaking in a firm tone, attempting to stand up for my rights.
She then said “I have had a mellow day all day without anyone yelling at me”. I
again said “I’m not yelling I just feel that you are not being fair or
concerned about my needs”. She then said again, “If you don’t like how I run my
office then go somewhere else”. I explained to her that it wasn’t quite that
simple as she was the only provider dentist in this area with Delta Care USA. She
said” no there’s one in Watsonville, one in Gilroy, and one in San Jose”. Again, such rude treatment!

At the time I felt I had no choice but to make an appointment with her to
have it repaired, so I scheduled one for next week. When I asked how long it
would take to make the repair, she said it would take all day. I would need to
drop it off at 9:00 am then pick it up at 4:00pm. I explained that this
arrangement would mean me having to take an entire day off from work as my job
involves public interaction. Imagine trying to do that with no upper teeth.

After leaving the office and driving away, I was so upset by the way I
was treated that I had to pull to the side of the road and calm myself. I must
say I have never been spoken to in this manner by a so called health
care professional in my 56 years of life. After calming down and talking to my
husband we have both decided not to use this dentist. This means driving an
extra 20 to 45 miles each way to see a different Delta Dental provider, or
paying out of pocket to see a more local non-member provider. I think Delta Care USA should be very
concerned about having such a classless, rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional,
person representing Delta Care.

I would appreciate the opportunity to speak to a Delta Care
USA Provider Manager.

This company and the individuals Travis Conner, James Baker, Marlyn Moore, are nothing but low-life scammers! They advertise and promise products and services that sound great, but once they get your money you never hear back from them. They advertise on Craiglist nationwide and have several websites. Beware, they don’t come through and they won’t refund your money! I lost $1,000 with them and got squat!

Yes, it was my own fault for not using Paypal or a credit card. (They only want money orders, cashier’s check, or bank wire…RED FLAG right there!) Don’t expect them to come through for you, once they have your money, your emails and phone calls (which always go to voicemail) will not be returned. They say they are “realtors” and Travis calls himself a “broker“, but their names and company are NOT listed with the State of Illinois as being licensed. And they are NOT affiliated with Century 21! They are being reported to all appropriate agencies.

Adoptionark.org – RIP OFF hooked me up with child traffickers and almost got me killed

I contracted with Adoption Ark to adopt a child through their agency. They sent me to Pakistan to adopt a little girl. Their “Pakistan Staff” were actually child traffickers.

I had to leave my daughter in Pakistan. My life was threatened. I am still trying to get her back. An immigration lawyer is helping me try to get her back, but Adoption Ark is refusing to refund my money or pay any for what I have suffered so legal fees may be steep. I have PTSD and am getting help for it, but have been unable to work.

They refunded the other woman’s money but not mine. When I asked why not, they stated that she had been nice to them.

Adoption Ark failed to mention they used to be part of Yunona, an agency that the FBI shut down several years ago for trafficking children from Russia to the US.

Adoption Ark’s CA office is working there illegally. In CA, since the Yunona problems, all adoption fascilitators are required to be registered. They are not. They were told in Nov. to cease, they have not.

There is a great deal more to this story, but this is the gist of it. Adoptionark.org is bad stay away people.

Chinavasion.com – Scammed Us and won’t discuss a refund.

I bought walkie talkies off the company. When I recived then I tried to charge them however the charger did not even work. I tried to call all the numbers listed on there website but not one of the number work. lol. So I have emailed them they send me a pic of the white plug that you get with the walkie talkie. So I have sent at least 10 other email and no answer. I told them I wanna return the product and get a full refund and when I said that I have not had any more emails sent to me since. they have a return policy too but I cant even get a response. I wont ever do any ordering from china agian. and the item was suppose to work 15 miles hell it dont work that far . Chinavasion.com

Realtytrade.com – Rip Off Failed To Refund Us

We listed our timeshare with Realty Trade in March 09. We were assured that it would sell quickly and if not that in 6 months, if we did not receive a “legitimate offer” then our money would be refunded to us. We called Realty Trade every single month and every month they would tell us that they had potential buys, buyers waiting to be approved or people looking at our listing. When they would tell us that they had people waiting to be approved we would call more often and they would tell us we would receive the offer via email. We did receive a supposed offer via email, actually 2 supposed offers. But it was up to us to contact the potential buyer to complete sell. We were ok with that, we just wanted to be rid of the timeshare. But to our surprise, when we tried to contact each “legitimate offer” we were never able to get in touch with them and never, not one time received a response back from them. So, we called Realty Trade. We were advised that one of the potential buyers had decided that financially they couldn’t do it and the other they said they were unable to contact them as well. So, should these be considered “legitimate offers”. When our 6 months were up, I contacted Realty Trade to get a refund and their “Marketing Department” (who you can never talk to) denied the refund and said that we had “legitimate offers”. To be honest, how do we know those people were real people and real offers on the timeshare if we never had any contact with them, and the one that decided they couldn’t do it financially – is that a legitimate offer? An offer to me would be someone who was seriously interested and followed thru and we had contact with. Since I couldn’t get a refund back or talk to “marketing” we had no choice but to list with them another 6 months “for free” according to them. And Surprise – we have not heard from Realty Trade in any way since we “re-listed”. I have called them only to be told the same thing – we have people looking at it. I truly believe this is a scam and do not know if there is anything that can be done.

I’m not sure exactly what kind of business is being done here, but it is not what it claims to be. After being invited to an interview I decided to check out the company website. I was a bit hesitant after visiting their company site to find no real information on the actual company itself such as when it was founded or any information on the current employees. I also found numerous horrible reviews about the company on this site, but decided to disregard those as I thought Michelle did an ok job presenting her case. Boy was I wrong. I ended up going to the interview only to find myself entering a building that smelled awful and was full of unprofessional looking people and a cluttered office space. Not to mention, there was no signage of MST Financial anywhere to be seen, but instead Top Shelf LLC. Not sure what that is about. I was sent upstairs to take a typing test, but was already feeling uncomfortable about the situation and neglected to pay attention to the level I was suppose to go to. Luckily there were only two levels. I went to the first one which had another sheet of mangled paper tapped to the door labeled “Top Shelf.” I’m not sure what exactly was going on inside, but saw a few people sitting around a table filling out paper. I figured that was probably the wrong room and went to the next level. There again was a labeled door which I opened. When I entered the room there was someone who appeared to be in sweatpants sitting at a computer. At that point I knew this was a joke. I’m all for being relaxed at work as my current position has a casual dress code, but sweats and greasy hair……this place is clearly a joke. So I left and now I’m here hoping that anyone who reads this will not waste their time with this company. Oh, and one last thing, Colin. You can find him on linked-in when searching for more information on MST. I don’t know Colin so this is not against him, but the fact that he is a recently graduated philosophy major working as a “Paralegal Manager” is kind of a red flag. Just take a look at his profile. I’m sure you will get the point. (Sorry Colin). In conclusion…..don’t waste your time. I don’t know what this is, but it looks like trouble.

Marc Plotkin is partners with ANOTHER SUPER SCAM in Hollywood FL. This time the scam is called WhiteStar Financial or National Debt Defenders Network. You never really know because it says one name on the door, but depending on who you are they use different names. Your basic filthy call center wit an automatic dialer and these three guys trying rip off any person that will listen to their pitch. Their fees are ridiculous and they KNOW IT AND LOVE IT!!!!

I was hired by NDDN to raise capital for their company. It was a 60 deal that included 4 draw payments and bunch of other stuff that I will never see because my clients found about their basically criminal backgrounds before investing. It is actually a blessing in disguise because I could not sleep at night if these guys had my clients money!!! And I am sure that they would of lost everything when these guys go out of business or get shut down. Anybody can check on their records at the NASD website or Google their names. Plotkin tries to stay in the background because he knows that the reputation of his partners scares people away- and it should. But you know how the saying goes when “birds of a feather flock together”…..

When I did not raise one single penny for these crooks- they immediately began to show their true colors by posting all kinds of lies and made up information all over the internet. They even called of my pre employment references and told them that I stole $20k- that is the money that paid me according to employment contract over the course of 2.5 months! STAY AWAY from these guys even whether you are a potential employee or a potential client!!!

After they realized that they had published illegal and false information, they had this guy MARC PLOTKIN call me- he is a 33% owner in NDDN according to what was told to me. He called and emailed me numerous times on 1/16 and 1/17 saying that he still wants to work with me- and that he would love to fly to California to meet my clients and “seal the deal”. This guy must be insane! While he was supposedly working out an agreement with me- either him or his partners were continuing to post lies about me on the internet.

I have my own lawsuit pending against these three for the illegal slander and defamation that they initiated against me- but not let them burn you also…..If you want to get them off the phone real quick- just tell them that you are recording the conversation. When I did that they hung up within a blink of an eye!….

These pics are Stuart Rubens- he is one of those guys that hangs a HANDICAP stick on his car mirror, but can walk just fine. He could obviously care less about anybody with a severe handicap that comes to his building because he takes the same handicap spot EVERY DAY and ALL DAY. That just shows what kind of a person that he is….
